As a staffing organization, our clients engage us for several reasons. Of primary importance is the ability for us to deliver quality candidates for the specific position for which they are looking to fill. This means we need to have an intimate understanding of the position, what the ideal candidate would be, and how they would best contribute and add to the clients current staff and organization. Being entrusted by our clients with this task, Radnor Consulting takes great pride in providing candidates to our clients that are highly likely to be interviewed for the position. Our corporate goal, which we have consistently maintained, is to have a minimum of a 90% acceptance rate. By this we mean that 90% of more of the candidates submitted to our clients, for either contract or permanent positions, will be accepted by our clients for an interview. Now, that said, we cannot guarantee an offer being made as there are factors outside our control that come into play after that point. However, our clients will come to have the utmost confidence that when a candidate is submitted by Radnor Consulting, there is a high likelihood that there will be serious interest in this candidate.
